Portex produces two main types of door:

Autoclave (the tank door opens inwards) - the seal is produced solely by the internal pressure contact
External (the tank door opens outwards) - the seal is produced by tightening of hand wheels, screw-on handles or wing nuts

Neoprene (Chloroprene), Nitrile (Perbunan), Silicone, FPM "Viton" (Fluor + Carbon), E.P.D.M. (Nordel rubber) & Fibreglasscord.
