RAGREAGE
Fast drying synthetic mortar for repairing and sealing of floors and conrete
IDENTIFICATION

Synthetic mortar based two pack acrylic resin, for fast repairs of concrete floors. Deproma Regreage offers great resistance to compression (twice the resistance of concrete), with excellent performance with respect to bending and chemical products.

USAGE
  • Anchorage of machines, filling in of drainage holes.
  • Construction of high resistant treads for floors subject to heavy use.
  • Coating for loading ramps on quays.
  • Repair of airfield runways
  • Renovation or repair of concrete tiles, uneven defects, holes, wide crakcs, statues, bridges, water towers, etc.
  • Renovation of floor surfaces in workshops.
ADVANTAGES
  • Quick hardening: about 90 minutes
  • Excellent resistance to high loads (750 kg/mē) and to alternating temperatures (frost and thaw).
  • Application workable between -10 degrees C and +40 degrees C.
  • Great flexibility of application, does not require specialised personnel.
  • You can add dry and clean gravel to the mixture for thickness greater than 2cm.
  • Very little shrinkage even in thick layers.
  • Approved for use in areas intended for the storage of foods.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preparation of the surface
Surfaces must be perfectly dry, free from grease, dust and non-adhesive particles; consistent with DTU 59.3. Thoroughly wash with Depro CIM, rinse and dry completely. On new concrete surfaces, wait a minimum of 28 drying days before treatment.
2. Product preparation and application
Deproma Regreage is a 2 pack mortar: 1 tin of 15kg of silica resin mixture and 1 can of 2 litres of hardener.
Life of mixture: 20 min at 20 degrees C
Add all of the hardener to the powder. Mix the two components well and spread the mortar immediately. Level the surface with a board or float. Once is sufficient, without pressure.
Minimum thickness: 7mm. Leave to harden. After 90 min, the floor is usable again.
Clean the material immediately with Deproma Impact Dilutant.
3. Precautions
For perfect hardening, ensure good ventilation.
Remove any food products whilst work is in progress.
Attention: in case of thin layer (< to 2cm), it is necessary to apply the adhesive resin agent Deproma Base Liquid
