HIGH IMPACT PAINT
High resistant decorative coating for cement floors - food and industrial sectors
Two pack epoxy resin solvent free, giving very high protection against abrasions and chemical contamination on floors.

  • Can be applied in several thick layers to repair any imperfections on the surface; in the case of more serious defects, use the Special Mortars and Self-leveling version.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
-Preparation of the surface
The surface must be clean, sound, dry, free from loose particles (preparation conforming to DTU 59,3).
Minimum temperature for application 5 degrees C
Relative humidity 65% HR
-Preparation of the mixture
  1. Pour all the hardener into the resin
  2. Never modify the proportions
  3. Mix with an electric agitator
-Application
Apply in 2 layers with the standard roller
On porous surfaces or great thickness, use a de-bubble roller immediately after applying the first layer
On less porous surfaces, first apply 1 layer of colourless Deproma High Impact Paint in order to ensure a better adhesion
-Specific case
For a non-skid surface, whilst the first layer is still wet, sprinkle Deproma Anti-Skid or glass balls, to the minimum ratio of 500g/m². Allow to harden, sweep away the surplus. Then apply the second layer of Deproma High Impact Paint
FEATURES

Length of life of the mixture:  20 minutes at 20 degrees C
Do not dilute: clean materials with Deproma Impact Dilutant
Drying at 20 degrees C:  Second coat after 6-8 hours, usable after 24 hours,  hard in 7 days
Colours:  Colourless, brick red, floor grey, platinum grey, grey-green, buff, white
Packaging: 5 and 20kg cans
Density: 1.15 ± 0.05%   Dry extract 100%  Gloss finish

1 Year in closed original packaging, protected from frost and heat
